Products Estimating Systems We have developed an efficient estimating system that is well suited to engineering, construction or manufacturing companies. Cash Flow Monitoring System MIM Management Services have seen the need to develop a cash flow monitoring system to assist its clientele to project cash requirements. The software system developed operates off Excel (2000 or later versions) and is written to project cash on a weekly basis for a rolling 13 week period. It is an easy to understand system designed to assist book keepers, financial controllers and business owners alike to project ‘cash at bank’ which is the life blood of any business. The system is automated and requires minimal training. Up to five separate business or bank accounts can be simultaneously projected allowing business owners and investors to understand cash inflow and outflow on a weekly basis across multiple accounts. The system brings cash projections under control which allows all involved in the business to better manage debtor collection, when to pay creditors and keeps GST , wages, superannuation and periodic payments displayed in a transparent manner and under a watchful eye. Time Control Database We have developed a simple database system that tracks labour hours consumed for different jobs that measures against budgeted hours. This gives managers good control over job production and is well suited to construction or manufacturing activities. Mindjet Systems We have access to resell and train individuals on the suite of Mindjet products. In particular we are familiar with the brilliant Mind Manager Pro and Decision Mill products.
We are authorized to re-sell this fantastic forecasting tool and to train individuals in its application and use. It is an integrated P&L, Cash flow and Balance sheet projection software package that is well suited to all types of industries. MIM put it to great effect in business financial simulation applications as part of business performance improvement and business planning activities. |
