MIM Management Services are now in a position to offer its customers temporary executive placement to assist with managing your existing business, or a new business start up. This could be for short to medium term placement, on a full time or part time basis, utilising one of our key staff as your interim manager. This service can also be extended to launching new technologies in new or existing businesses or to manage mergers, acquisitions, restructuring or R&D projects.
Business Mentoring
MIM Management Services is available to provide advice to businesses in a mentoring capacity. One example is "Global Medisafe", an innovative company that has patented patient needle technologies that are intrinsically safe to use. This company requested support from the Hunter Business Enterprise Centre (HBC), under their Business Entrepreneur's Program (a government-funded initiative). HBC engaged MIM to assist this client to mentor them through the process of preparing a capital raising submission.
