Environmental Business Solutions (EBS) in Newcastle is a world leader in the environmental management of golf courses. The company’s Principal, Terry Muir, has developed an internationally recognised software platform to assist in the preparation of Environmental Management Systems.

McCabe Engineering Pty Ltd
McCabe Engineering Pty Ltd manufactures, sells and repairs mixing and compounding equipment throughout Australia and New Zealand. MIM Management Services were commissioned to produce a business plan, to assist in commercial negotiations and agreements, and to develop the business export side of the company.

Wear Applications & Management Services (WAMS)
Wear Applications & Management Services (WAMS) provide wear management solutions to the mining sector through the design, engineering, manufacture, construction, supply and installation of their products, as well as comprehensive monitoring and review of managed areas. WAMS engaged Lee Baines as the project leader from MIM Management Services to complete a strategic plan for the business, to assist in the preparation of commercial negotiations and agreements, and to provide expertise in the development of the business as a whole.

Microair Avionics
Microair Avionics is a Bundaberg-based business that develops, manufactures and retails sophisticated avionics products for domestic and worldwide markets. MIM Management Services assisted Microair in the preparation of a major tender. Strategy support and submission assistance was provided by Lee Baines. Microair ultimately won the tender. Follow up cash flow tools and monitoring systems were put into place with training on their implementation.
