One of our core business activities is to assist businesses to design their future by facilitating the compilation of a business plan. Strategies and management improvements are designed around output from the management diagnostic and innovation assessment tools, and from consultation with shareholders, Directors and key members of your management team. Two options are now available that utilise new and effective processes and tools to get the right result:
Comprehensive Business Plan
(comprising of a Strategic Plan, Management Plan and Financial Plan); or
Strategic Plan
The Strategic Planning is derived from an innovative process designed by MIM that brings together input from the management team into a powerful go-forward strategic plan. The innovative process is very time efficient, requiring only a three day cycle from start to finish. This is a ‘must’ for all businesses.
Strategic Watch
As part of our strategic planning program MIM can offer to come in to your place of work on a quarterly basis, evaluate your progress and mark up the schedule, provide mentoring and training to ensure your staff are progressing as planned and are equipped to effectively implement the initiatives, and help you monitor the implementation of the plan.
Strategic Review
One year after the completion of the strategic plan we will conduct a formal strategic review to evaluate your progress and through a process designed by MIM we will re-evaluate existing strategies and capture new strategies that have to be incorporated as a result of the changing market and business environment.
